Wash the bell peppers, quarter them and remove the core. Then cut into strips. Also cut the meat into strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the chilli into fine rings. Wash the coriander and finely chop the stalks.
Heat a large pan with oil and fry the meat, paprika and garlic vigorously for 2 minutes.
Now add the beans, corn, cut coriander stalks, chilli and stock and bring to the boil once and season with salt. In the meantime, prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Arrange rice, meat and vegetables and sprinkle with peanuts. Garnish everything with coriander leaves.
Tip 5: Everything can be sprinkled with fresh lime juice and refined.
