Te ranu Chili wera reka
Ko te tunu ranu tiihi wera tino pai me te pikitia me nga tohutohu ngawari.
Ranu turanga:
- 2 tīpune Chilli flakes
- 1 tīpune Cayenne, tapatapahia rawatia
- 1 tsp kumine whenua
- 1 tsp Hinamona whenua
- 1 tsp Honi
- 250 ml Tomato wai
- 1 tīpune Apple Cider Winika
- 1 piece Pickled gherkins, in pieces
- 1 tīpune māngaro rīwai
Nga taapiri, ka taea te whakawhiti i runga i te reka:
- 2 piece Tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 1 tīpune Cherry tāmi
- 1 tsp Herbs of Provence or salad herbs, see my KB
- 1 tīpune Lime wai
- 1 tbsp Curry powder, e.g .: in my KB
- 1 tsp te paura koko kua whakakorea paku te hinu
- 2 tīpune mongamonga huawhenua [hei tauira: zucchini cubes, carrot cubes, beetroot]
- 1 wahi Apple, tapaono
- 2 tbsp wai tunu [raihi, riwai, wai huawhenua, parai wai]
