  • 200 g Prawns ready to cook
  • 2 piece Fresh carrots
  • 1 piece Fresh leek
  • 2 disc Fresh celery
  • 4 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 4 tablespoon Soy sauce dark
  • 2 teaspoon Ground lemongrass
  • 4 teaspoon Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
  • 1 teaspoon Ground and roasted coriander
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower oil
  • 200 g Mie noodles
  • Salt to taste

  • Chop the vegetables as small as you want. Heat the oil in a wok pan. Fry the vegetables and garlic in it. Then add the prawns and sweat briefly with them. Now taste everything with the spices, soy sauce, sambal and possibly a little salt. Let everything steep with post-heat.
  • Sieve the pasta, which has meanwhile been cooked firm to the bite, in salted water and allow to drain. Then mix with the vegetable and shrimp mixture and place on plates. Good Appetite.
