Ingredients
- 50 g Millet
- 1 Spring onions fresh, cut
- 50 g Tofu silks
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Tomato
- 50 g Zucchini fresh
- 50 g Spices
Instructions
- Simmer the millet for 15 minutes and let it soak, cut the tomatoes and spring onions and fry them in the pan together with the tofu on a low heat, season everything with herbs and spices, grate the zucchini or chop it up with the spiral cutter, chop the parsley and garnish with it
