Ingredients
 

  • 50 g Millet
  • 1 Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 50 g Tofu silks
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tomato
  • 50 g Zucchini fresh
  • 50 g Spices

Instructions
 

  • Simmer the millet for 15 minutes and let it soak, cut the tomatoes and spring onions and fry them in the pan together with the tofu on a low heat, season everything with herbs and spices, grate the zucchini or chop it up with the spiral cutter, chop the parsley and garnish with it
