  • 1 packet Puff pastry roll
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 can 150G corn
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 150 g Gouda cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 120 g Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Harrissa
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Remove the puff pastry roll from the refrigerator and bring it to room temperature. Grease a 26 springform pan and line it with the puff pastry.
  • For the topping, peel and dice the onions. Peel and dice the garlic clove as well. Drain the corn and cut the washed pepper into small pieces.
