Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Diced onion
  • Salt
  • Szechuan pepper
  • 4 tbsp Mustard seeds
  • 3 tbsp Bruschette spice mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 shot Sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp Diced bacon
  • 1 half Savoy cabbage fresh
  • 1 large Cup of vegetable broth

Instructions

  • Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the chopped onion, salt and pepper from the grinder, the mustard seeds and the bruschetta spice (I'll add the eggs in my cookbook), then add the eggs and mix everything well.
  • Now heat the oil in a higher pan, put the minced meat mixture in small balls in the hot oil - I used my "kitchen help" here, it works very quickly, the minced meat is only pressed through there - and fry well.
  • Add the sliced bacon and fry briefly. And now add the cabbage, toss everything a few times, pour in the vegetable stock, put the lid on and let the whole simmer for 15-20 minutes ... Then put in a bowl and serve ...
  • We also had caraway potatoes.
