  • 1 hot air fryer
  • 220 g Mini crispy schnitzel (5 pieces) TK
  • 240 g Cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 40 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 piece Mini tomatoes
  • 12 piece Green olives without a core
  • 2 piece Pointed basil
  • Remoulade

Instructions
 

  • Frozen mini crispy schnitzel in the air fryer for about 10 minutes, remove and keep warm in the oven at 50 ° C until serving. Clean the cauliflower and cut into small florets. Drizzle the cauliflower florets with olive oil (2 teaspoons), sweet paprika (2 teaspoons), mild curry powder (2 teaspoons), cumin (1 teaspoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches and colored pepper from the mill (3 Sprinkle with breadcrumbs (40 g) and turn everything thoroughly.
