Ingredients
 

Shortcrust :

  • 150 g Sifted flour
  • 75 g Diced butter
  • 1,5 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Pc. Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled

refine with:

  • 1 tablespoon Strohrum

Cream:

  • 325 g Quark lean

Organic zirons!

  • 1 pinch Grated lemon peel
  • 1 packet Pudding powder
  • 1 Pc. Eggs

Instructions
 

Dough:

  • Sieve flour + cocoa powder onto the worktop.
  • Put the butter, sugar and egg in the flour.
  • Add the rum and quickly knead. Wrap the dough in foil and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • Put a part aside for some sprinkles.
  • Wrap the dough out of the foil, roll out on a little flour.
  • Butter the springform mold. Press the dough onto the base + edge.

Creamy quark :

  • Mix all ingredients together, place on the base and smooth out.
  • Spread the remaining dough as a crumble on the quark and bake for about 35 minutes at 170 ° C
