Ingredients
Shortcrust :
- 150 g Sifted flour
- 75 g Diced butter
- 1,5 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Pc. Eggs
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder slightly de-oiled
refine with:
- 1 tablespoon Strohrum
Cream:
- 325 g Quark lean
Organic zirons!
- 1 pinch Grated lemon peel
- 1 packet Pudding powder
- 1 Pc. Eggs
Instructions
Dough:
- Sieve flour + cocoa powder onto the worktop.
- Put the butter, sugar and egg in the flour.
- Add the rum and quickly knead. Wrap the dough in foil and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Put a part aside for some sprinkles.
- Wrap the dough out of the foil, roll out on a little flour.
- Butter the springform mold. Press the dough onto the base + edge.
Creamy quark :
- Mix all ingredients together, place on the base and smooth out.
- Spread the remaining dough as a crumble on the quark and bake for about 35 minutes at 170 ° C
