Ingredients
- 4 stem Mint
- 500 ml Milk
- 3 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice or lime juice
- 150 g Natural yoghurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup, maple syrup or honey
- Green food coloring
Instructions
- Pluck the mint leaves from the stems and mix with the remaining ingredients using a hand blender or food processor. Add a few drops of food coloring, depending on how intensely green the shake should be. Tastes best chilled.
