Ingredients
 

  • 4 stem Mint
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 3 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice or lime juice
  • 150 g Natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup, maple syrup or honey
  • Green food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Pluck the mint leaves from the stems and mix with the remaining ingredients using a hand blender or food processor. Add a few drops of food coloring, depending on how intensely green the shake should be. Tastes best chilled.
