  • 100 g Butter at room temperature
  • 1 Egg

Creamy quark :

  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 2 cup Sour cream
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 0,25 Vanilla pods (pulp only)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Apricot liqueur
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Corn starch


  • 500 g Fresh mirabelle plums

Completion :

  • 0,25 L Water cold
  • 1 packet Icing powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar


Prepare :

  • Wash the mirabelles, remove the stem, remove the stones.

Making shortcrust pastry:

  • Sift the flour on a worktop, pour sugar, butter and egg over it, then knead well.

Butter the cake tin:

  • Butter the shape, cut the dough in half. Put 1/2 the amount of dough on the bottom, put the rest on the edge.

Creamy quark :

  • Mix all ingredients well, pour into the mold and then pound a little.

Put on mirabelle plums:

  • Place on the dough with the curve facing down.
