Ingredients
For the dough:
- 350 g Rye flour
- 350 g Wheat flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 2 tsp Salt
- 500 ml Warm water
Instructions
For the dough:
- Put the flour in a bowl.
- Add the dry yeast and mix.
- Add salt and warm water and knead everything well.
- Let the dough rise for several hours.
- Knead the dough again and place in a floured cast iron saucepan.
- Dust the dough with a little flour and score twice with the knife.
- Place the pot with the lid in the preheated oven.
- Bake at 230 degrees top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes with the lid on.
- Remove the lid and bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for another 20 minutes without the lid.
