Ingredients
 

For the dough:

  • 350 g Rye flour
  • 350 g Wheat flour
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 500 ml Warm water

Instructions
 

For the dough:

  • Put the flour in a bowl.
  • Add the dry yeast and mix.
  • Add salt and warm water and knead everything well.
  • Let the dough rise for several hours.
  • Knead the dough again and place in a floured cast iron saucepan.
  • Dust the dough with a little flour and score twice with the knife.
  • Place the pot with the lid in the preheated oven.
  • Bake at 230 degrees top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes with the lid on.
  • Remove the lid and bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for another 20 minutes without the lid.
