Ingredients
 

For the dough

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanlle sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Butter / margarine
  • 2 tablespoon Nut nougat cream
  • 1,5 Cup Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Shot glass Cherry brandy

For the filling

  • 18 piece Mon cheris

For decoration

  • Powdered sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • Food color red
  • Sour cherries from the glass

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients for the dough together well
  • Put half of the dough up to half in a greased muffin pan, add one of the mon cheris and cover with the rest of the dough.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Let muffins cool down-
  • Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice in 2 bowls in a powdered sugar lemon measure as you like, add the food coloring and brush the muffins with both powdered sugar mixtures and decorate with the cherries
