Mozzarella – Tomatoes – Pasta – Vegetarian
The perfect mozzarella – tomatoes – pasta – vegetarian recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Noodle shaping to taste
- 4 Pc. Tomatoes
- 0,5 Pc. Onion
- 1 bullet Mozzarella
- 3 tbsp Fresh herbs, preferably basil
- 4 El Olive oil
- 4 El Pepper and salt
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet
- In the meantime, cut the onion, tomatoes and mozzarella into small pieces. Chop herbs. Put everything in a large bowl. Add olive oil and season.
- Sieve the noodles and place them hot in the bowl, stir, done. Possibly add seasoning. Tastes delicious with a salad or a hint of balsamic vinegar.
