The perfect mozzarella – tomatoes – pasta – vegetarian recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Noodle shaping to taste
  • 4 Pc. Tomatoes
  • 0,5 Pc. Onion
  • 1 bullet Mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp Fresh herbs, preferably basil
  • 4 El Olive oil
  • 4 El Pepper and salt
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet
  1. In the meantime, cut the onion, tomatoes and mozzarella into small pieces. Chop herbs. Put everything in a large bowl. Add olive oil and season.
  1. Sieve the noodles and place them hot in the bowl, stir, done. Possibly add seasoning. Tastes delicious with a salad or a hint of balsamic vinegar.
