Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Noodle shaping to taste
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 0,5 Onion
  • 1 ball Mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp Fresh herbs, preferably basil
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Pepper and salt

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet
  • In the meantime, cut the onion, tomatoes and mozzarella into small pieces. Chop herbs. Put everything in a large bowl. Add olive oil and season.
  • Sieve the noodles and place them hot in the bowl, stir, done. Possibly add seasoning. Tastes delicious with a salad or a hint of balsamic vinegar.
