Ingredjenti
 

għall-crumble:

  • 250 g Dqiq spelt
  • 250 g Dqiq spelt sħaħ
  • 125 g zokkor kannella
  • 1 pakkett Zokkor tal-vanilla
  • 1 Tsp Ċinammuna
  • 1 pinch Melħ
  • 250 g Butir

għall-mili:

  • 1 pc Lumi organiku
  • 125 g Għasel likwidu
  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 1 pakkett Trab tal-kustard
  • 5 pc Large apples, more if required

istruzzjonijiet
 

  • Process the flour, cinnamon, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter into sprinkles. Put 2/3 of it in a springform pan lined with baking paper and press down lightly.
  • Mix the quark, pudding powder, honey and the grated zest of the lemon and spread on the crumble base.
  • Peel the apples and cut into thin wedges. Drizzle with a little lemon juice and spread on the quark. Cover with the remaining crumbles and bake in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 35 - 40 minutes on the middle shelf.
