Ingredjenti
 

  • 700 g Wash turkey mini schnitzel + pat dry
  • Dqiq
  • Salt, pepper, onion and knofi powder
  • Xi krema tal-pjanti

Vegetable layer:

  • 1 Wash zucchini, cut off ends, halve lengthways + cut into small pieces
  • 500 g Freshly clean and wash mushrooms + cut into large slices
  • 2 Qaxxar il-basal, qatgħa bin-nofs + maqtugħ f'biċċiet żgħar
  • Bżar tal-melħ
  • Xi krema tal-pjanti

Zalza:

  • 3 pakkett Tadam Al Gusto
  • 5 Qronfol tat-tewm ippressat
  • 2 tbsp Oregano

Għall-grattinazzjoni:

  • 200 g Aqta’ dadi l-ġobon tan-nagħaġ

  • Mix the flour and spices, wilt the meat all around, fry in a pan in the heated fat and remove.
  • Heat some fat again in the same pan, sear the vegetables, season a little and let simmer for about 10 minutes.

  • Finally, distribute the sheep's cheese evenly on the sauce and bake at approx. 170 ° C (fan oven) for approx. 30 minutes.
  • Delicious with it e.g. fresh baguette, but also rice, noodles or "potato-like" of all kinds.
