  • 1 Baguette / bruschetta
  • 150 g Brokkoli imsajjar frisk
  • 50 g Perżut imsajjar
  • 200 g Ġobon Mozzarella
  • 100 g Krema qarsa
  • 1 Tsp Taħlita tal-ħxejjex
  • 1 pinch Melħ
  • 1 pinch Bżar mill-grinder

  • First cut the broccoli into florets and cook or steam for about 8-10 minutes ... Drain and set aside. Cut the ham and mozzarella into cubes or strips.
  • Mix the broccoli, sour cream, ham, mozzarella and frozen herbs in a bowl and season with a little salt and pepper. Then cut the baguette into slices and distribute the mixture evenly on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 5 minutes and then serve!
