Grill:
- 2 tablespoon Butir iċċarat
Imqatta':
- 600 g Patata mqaxxra tax-xama'
- Melħ oħxon
- 1 tablespoon Marġerina
Blanching, quenching:
- 1 pc Brokkoli frisk
- 9 pc Karrotti żgħar
- 1 tablespoon Marġerina
- Melħ oħxon
- Bżar iswed mill-mitħna
istruzzjonijiet
Laħam:
- Season the chops, bread them in egg and breadcrumbs. Fry slowly in hot clarified butter. Approx. 20 min.
Ħxejjex:
- Clean the broccoli, wash it with the mini carrots, blanch and rinse.
Patata:
- Cut into cubes, wash. Fry in hot margarine and add salt.
Ħxejjex tal-pan:
- Toss in hot butter or margarine, season.
