- 800 g Schnitzel tat-Turkija
- Melħ u bżar
- 2 kuċċarina Trab tal-curry
- 1 tbsp Zalza tas-sojja
- 3 kuċċarina Pejst tal-kari aħmar
- 200 Millilitri Brodu tal-ħaxix
- 2 tbsp Krema
- 200 g Piżelli tas-silġ
- 2 pc Papaja
- 1 mazz tursin
- Żejt għall-qali

- Season the turkey schnitzel with salt, pepper and curry powder.
- Wash the snow peas, drain and cut in half. Halve the papaya, core with a spoon, peel and cut into wedges.
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the schnitzel on both sides for about 4 minutes, remove from the pan and set aside.
- Put some more oil in the pan. First only fry the pea pods and after a short time also the papaya wedges and remove both from the pan.
- Pour the curry paste into the pan, fry briefly and deglaze with the stock. Then let it boil down for a few minutes. Add the cream and soy sauce and season with pepper.
- Finally, add the vegetables and schnitzel to the sauce and serve with the chopped parsley. Rice goes well with it. Good Appetite!
