Tabbouleh
- 250 g Bulgur
- 1 mazz Tursin
- 1 mazz Mint
- 4 Basal tar-Rebbiegħa
- 2 tadam
- 4 tbsp Meraq tal-lumi
- 2 tbsp Żejt taż-żebbuġa
- Bżar

Lamb kofte
- 750 g Laħam ikkapuljat tal-ħaruf
- 60 g Bulgur
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tewm
- 30 g Ġewż ta 'l-arżnu
- 1 Bajd
- 1 tbsp Kemmun mitħun
- 1 Tsp Kannella mitħuna
- Bżar

- Soak the bulgur in water and let it soak for a good 1 hour. For the tabbouleh, dice all the ingredients and season with lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper. Add the drained bulgur and mix. For the Köfte, grind the meat (or buy it ready-made) and process it with all the other ingredients to a homogeneous mass. Fry the Köfte all over on the grill or pan. There was also a yogurt dip (10% seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and coriander)
