- 300 ml Marinade bock birra
- 250 ml Ilma
- 25 g Butir kiesaħ

- 3000 ml Ilma

- 500 g Brussels sprouts lesti biex issajjar
- 1000 ml Ilma mielaħ

Let it boil down for 5 minutes and bind with butter … Put the beef roast slices in the hot sauce and gently warm up for about 10-15 minutes and let it steep
