- 250 g Laħam ikkapuljat imħallat
- 425 ml Fażola tal-kliewi
- 2 kl. Basal
- 250 g Paprika
- 1 kaxxa ż-żgħira Corn
- 0,5 Lollo bianco
- 1 aħmar Bżar taċ-ċili
- 250 g Jogurt
- 4 Tbsp. Meraq tal-lumi
- 1 tbsp Żejt
- Melħ
- Bżar
- Niskata zokkor

- Put the oil in a pan and let it get hot. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Then season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Cut the onion and bell pepper into thin rings. Drain the beans and corn. Clean the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Core and finely chop the chilli pepper. Make a dressing from yogurt, lemon juice, salt and sugar. Add the chilli pepper, corn and beans. Then paprika and the onions cut into rings. Also add 2/3 of the crumbly fried minced meat. Mix everything and then carefully fold in the iceberg lettuce. Arrange on plates. Put the rest of the minced meat on top.
