  • 2 pak choy
  • 10 g Ġinġer
  • 2 Saqajn Tewm
  • 600 g Sider tat-Turkija
  • 2 Tsp Għasel
  • 4 tbsp Zalza tas-sojja
  • 2 tbsp Żejt
  • Bżar tal-melħ
  • 1 mazz Basal tar-Rebbiegħa
  • 60 ml inbid abjad
  • 1 pinch zokkor

  • Finely chop the ginger and garlic.
  • Wash the Pak Choi and cut in half.
  • Mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger in a bowl.
  • Wash the turkey breast and pat dry.
  • Aqta 'l-basal tar-rebbiegħa f'ċrieki.
  • Lightly heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan, add the spring onions, deglaze with wine and fry briefly.
