Raw salads should be on the menu for lunch if possible because in the evening the digestive power is no longer sufficient for them. Whenever possible, eat fresh fruit alone as a snack between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

The last meal of the day should be before 6 p.m. Heavy meals would otherwise only be digested incompletely.

Cleansing morning drink

It is best to drink two to three glasses of warm water immediately after getting up, this stimulates digestion. If the intestines are emptied first thing in the morning, the energy flow in the body gets going.

During the day, ginger water stimulates the elimination of toxins: peel a piece of fresh ginger and pour boiling water into a thermos flask. Drink throughout the day.
