At the latest since brightly colored Bollywood films have become more and more popular with us, we marvel at the grace of Indian women. They live according to Ayurvedic medicine and heat up their metabolism in the already warm climate with hot spices such as ginger, chili, pepper, and turmeric. The mix is called “Garam Masala”. If meat and poultry are seasoned with it, the body can use the fat it contains much better.
It becomes even more effective when the cooks use the citrus-like fruits of the Cambogia tree. Its sour aroma curbs hunger pangs. Behind this is the active ingredient HCA, hydroxycitric acid, which reduces the conversion of carbohydrates. We have the dried peel of the fat burner fruit in the form of capsules in the pharmacy.
Ayurveda – The most important rules
The stomach should always be one-third full of solid and one-third liquid and one-third empty. Three solid meals a day are enough.
Ghee (clarified butter) is used in place of other fats because it balances energy flows: Boil butter for 20 minutes, skim off foam, and strain through a cloth.
Raw salads should be on the menu for lunch if possible because in the evening the digestive power is no longer sufficient for them. Whenever possible, eat fresh fruit alone as a snack between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
The last meal of the day should be before 6 p.m. Heavy meals would otherwise only be digested incompletely.
Cleansing morning drink
It is best to drink two to three glasses of warm water immediately after getting up, this stimulates digestion. If the intestines are emptied first thing in the morning, the energy flow in the body gets going.
During the day, ginger water stimulates the elimination of toxins: peel a piece of fresh ginger and pour boiling water into a thermos flask. Drink throughout the day.
