- 100 g Gallettini tal-lewż Amarettini
- 50 g ċikkulata
- 2 pc L-isfar tal-bajda
- 2 tbsp zokkor
- 200 g Ġobon Mascarpone

- Halve the peaches, remove the stones. Fill the crumbled amaretti and the grated chocolate into this cavity. Place the halves side by side in a flat shape (opening facing up).
