- 165 g Flour
- 135 g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 6 tbsp Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 130 g Sugar
- 150 g Dried cranberries, but also works fresh
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Circulating air
- Mix the ingredients together, first eggs, butter, salt, sugar, milk. Then baking powder, baking soda and flour. Finally fold in the cranberries.
- Put everything in the molds.
