Ingredients
- 2 piece Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 50 ml Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 125 g Flour
- 50 g Lemon shower
- 200 g Cream
- 150 g Sour cream
- 1 small package Vanilla sauce powder
- Colorful sprinkles
- Sugar colored
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
- Put the eggs with 1 packet of vanilla sugar and the sugar in a bowl and beat until frothy with the hand mixer.
- Add oil, more, baking powder and lemonade and mix on a low level with the hand mixer.
- Line the muffin tin with paper liners.
- Pour the dough evenly into the molds.
- Let it bake for 20 minutes. Then let it cool down well.
- Whip the cream with 1 packet of vanilla sugar until stiff.
- Add the sour cream and vanilla sauce powder and stir in.
- Now distribute the cream evenly over the muffins.
- Decorate with sprinkles and sugar color.
