Ingredients
 

  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 50 ml Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 125 g Flour
  • 50 g Lemon shower
  • 200 g Cream
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • 1 small package Vanilla sauce powder
  • Colorful sprinkles
  • Sugar colored

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
  • Put the eggs with 1 packet of vanilla sugar and the sugar in a bowl and beat until frothy with the hand mixer.
  • Add oil, more, baking powder and lemonade and mix on a low level with the hand mixer.
  • Line the muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Pour the dough evenly into the molds.
  • Let it bake for 20 minutes. Then let it cool down well.
  • Whip the cream with 1 packet of vanilla sugar until stiff.
  • Add the sour cream and vanilla sauce powder and stir in.
  • Now distribute the cream evenly over the muffins.
  • Decorate with sprinkles and sugar color.
