Ingredients
- 375 g Flour
- 5 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Unsweetened persimmon powder
- 175 g Extra fine sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 125 g Three kinds of chocolate chips, white, dark and milk chocolate.
- 250 ml Milk
- 125 g Melted butter
Instructions
- Line the muffin tray with paper. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder.
