Ingredients
 

  • 375 g Flour
  • 5 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Unsweetened persimmon powder
  • 175 g Extra fine sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 125 g Three kinds of chocolate chips, white, dark and milk chocolate.
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 125 g Melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Line the muffin tray with paper. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder.
  • Gently stir the eggs in a plate.
  • Melt the butter and set it aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour mixture with the sugar, mix the milk, eggs, butter with a wooden spoon, fold in the chocolate ice cream, and immediately pour into the tray and add 20-2 Min. Baking.
  • Let cool down and enjoy!
