- 2 Chalots
- 2 Toes Garlic
- Salt pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Dried thyme
- Sugar
- Chopped parsley
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 50 g Cream
- 2 Toes Finely chopped garlic
- Salt pepper
- Freshly chopped dill
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms, cut in half or quarter, depending on the size. Peel and finely dice chalots and garlic. Chop herbs.
- Fry the mushrooms in hot oil, then add the onions and garlic and fry for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Add thyme and paprika powder to taste. Finally add parsley.
- For the cream, mix all the ingredients together and season to taste.
- Serve the mushrooms with the cream, we eat fresh baguette with it.
