  • 2 Chalots
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • Salt pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Dried thyme
  • Sugar
  • Chopped parsley
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 50 g Cream
  • 2 Toes Finely chopped garlic
  • Salt pepper
  • Freshly chopped dill


  • Clean the mushrooms, cut in half or quarter, depending on the size. Peel and finely dice chalots and garlic. Chop herbs.
  • Fry the mushrooms in hot oil, then add the onions and garlic and fry for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Add thyme and paprika powder to taste. Finally add parsley.
  • For the cream, mix all the ingredients together and season to taste.
  • Serve the mushrooms with the cream, we eat fresh baguette with it.
