Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Small potatoes
  • 400 g Fillet steaks - whether poultry, pork or beef - etc.
  • 1 packet Knorr onion soup
  • 300 g Broccoli
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Some lemon juice
  • 50 g Grated Emmental

Instructions
 

  • ) Cook and peel potatoes as jacket potatoes. Cut the steaks into strips and mix with 1 tablespoon of the onion soup. Cut the broccoli into florets and quarter the mushrooms.
  • ) Fry the steak strips in the hot oil and remove them. Put the broccoli and mushrooms in the remaining frying fat and sauté. Mix 250 ml water and the remaining contents of the bag, pour in, bring to the boil and cook covered for about 5-10 minutes.
  • ) Add potatoes and steak strips and season with lemon juice. Put the mixture in a suitable oven, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees (convection 175 degrees) for about 5-10 minutes and serve.
