Ingredients
- 400 g Mixed mushrooms from frozen foods - chestnuts, red-footed boletus, red caps, porcini mushrooms
- 30 g Butter
- 2 Shallots
- 1 tbsp Natural yoghurt
- 100 ml Milk
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Black pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp Parsley crispy fresh, chopped
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the "FROZEN" mushrooms and fry, stirring constantly, until the liquid has evaporated.
- Now add the shallots and cook for two minutes. Add yoghurt and milk and season with salt and pepper.
- Finally fold in the chopped, curly parsley.
- Serve on preheated plates together with vegetable dumplings from my KB (dumplings: vegetable dumplings on horseradish cheese sauce) fried in butter and garnish with a little parsley.
