Mushrooms: Mixed Mushrooms with Vegetable Dumplings

Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Mixed mushrooms from frozen foods - chestnuts, red-footed boletus, red caps, porcini mushrooms
  • 30 g Butter
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 tbsp Natural yoghurt
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp Parsley crispy fresh, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a pan and add the "FROZEN" mushrooms and fry, stirring constantly, until the liquid has evaporated.
  • Now add the shallots and cook for two minutes. Add yoghurt and milk and season with salt and pepper.
  • Finally fold in the chopped, curly parsley.
  • Serve on preheated plates together with vegetable dumplings from my KB (dumplings: vegetable dumplings on horseradish cheese sauce) fried in butter and garnish with a little parsley.
