  • 2 Pc. Tomatoes
  • 8 Pc. Lettuce leaves
  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • There's nothing like a “homemade sandwich”, right? The ingredients are simple and you usually have them at home. An American Club Sandwich can be prepared in no time. Whether for after work, for a party or an evening with friends - the sandwiches, originally based on an American recipe, can be prepared and enjoyed for a wide variety of occasions.

And this is how it is done:

  • Mix the mayonnaise and mustard together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the salad into small strips and mix with the mayonnaise.
  • Toast the bread. Three slices make a sandwich.
  • 8 Cover slices with the salad and mayonnaise mixture. Divide the chicken breast slices over 4 of them. Place the other 4 slices on top (salad side up).
  • Slice the tomatoes and boiled eggs and place them on the sandwiches.
  • Fry the bacon until crispy and also place it on the sandwiches. Put the pepper and the 4 remaining toast slices on top.
  • Cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve.
