Ingredients
- 12 Pc. Slices of toast
- 12 Pc. Sliced chicken breast slices
- 12 Pc. Sliced breakfast bacon
- 4 Pc. Hard-Boiled eggs
- 2 Pc. Tomatoes
- 8 Pc. Lettuce leaves
- 100 g Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- There's nothing like a “homemade sandwich”, right? The ingredients are simple and you usually have them at home. An American Club Sandwich can be prepared in no time. Whether for after work, for a party or an evening with friends - the sandwiches, originally based on an American recipe, can be prepared and enjoyed for a wide variety of occasions.
And this is how it is done:
- Mix the mayonnaise and mustard together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut the salad into small strips and mix with the mayonnaise.
- Toast the bread. Three slices make a sandwich.
- 8 Cover slices with the salad and mayonnaise mixture. Divide the chicken breast slices over 4 of them. Place the other 4 slices on top (salad side up).
- Slice the tomatoes and boiled eggs and place them on the sandwiches.
- Fry the bacon until crispy and also place it on the sandwiches. Put the pepper and the 4 remaining toast slices on top.
- Cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve.
