Noodle - minced meat - pan

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 500 g Schlupnoodeln (refrigerated counter)
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  • 1 Handful Tomatoes small
  • Parsley (small remainder)
  • 200 ml Beef stock (remainder)


  • 6 tbsp Sour cream
  • 3 tbsp Blue Stilton cheese (from the clay pot)


  • Take a pan and add the mixed minced meat, fry until crumbly without adding any fat. Then season with salt and gourmet pepper to taste. Take the slip noodle out of the bag and add it, fry it too. Wash small tomatoes, pat dry, halve, quarter and also add, fry.
  • Chop a small amount of parsley and add it as well. Then deglaze with the rest of the beef stock and let it boil down a little. For the dip * sour cream - made easy and put from the cheese in a bowl / bowl, stir.
  • Take a deep plate or something similar and place it in the middle. Serve a blob on top and serve immediately. For more blobs, simply add the dip.
