Noodle Stew with Fine Green Beans

The perfect noodle stew with fine green beans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Soup deposit:

  • 60 g Spaetzle
  • 60 g Fusili spiral noodles
  • 50 g Diced carrots
  • 50 g Celery bulb, diced
  • 50 g Leeks, rings
  • 50 g Green beans, chopped
  • 2 piece Diced tomatoes

Soup broth:

  • 1 L Water
  • 2 piece Eggs fresh, for egg flowers
  • 50 g Pre-Cook leftovers and sections for the broth
  • 1 tbsp Granulated chicken broth / bouillon
  • 1 pinch Mill pepper
  • 1 pinch Mill salt
  • 2 Stems Parsley, fresh

Meat insert:

  • 1 piece Kassel disc, diced
  • 100 g Chicken breast
  • 1 piece Cracking sausage

Soup deposit:

  1. Wash the vegetable pieces, clean, if necessary peel and cut into small pieces and place in a saucepan. Chop the sausage and meat fillings, dice and add.

Soup broth:

  1. Put the soup stock in the 2nd pot, pre-cook the remaining trimmings and bowls in the water and squeeze them out and, if necessary, puree them through a sieve. Bring the stock liquid together with the soup and the meat to the boil for approx. 15 minutes, until the noodles are also swollen and cooked. Finally, season and season to taste.

Use:

  1. Serve the noodle stew hot with some bread for lunch.
