Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Spelt flour type 630
  • 200 g Wholemeal rye flour
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • 50 g Chopped hazelnuts
  • 50 g Chopped almonds
  • 50 g Chopped walnuts
  • 0,5 cube Yeast
  • 200 ml Lukewarm water

Instructions
 

  • Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  • Approx. Let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
  • Knead by kneading, form two flat cakes and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 180 degrees hot air.
  • Just enjoy with butter or honey.
  • Today, however, I used wholemeal spelled flour. Then you need 300 ml of water.
