Ingredients
- 200 g Spelt flour type 630
- 200 g Wholemeal rye flour
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 50 g Chopped hazelnuts
- 50 g Chopped almonds
- 50 g Chopped walnuts
- 0,5 cube Yeast
- 200 ml Lukewarm water
Instructions
- Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- Approx. Let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- Knead by kneading, form two flat cakes and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 180 degrees hot air.
- Just enjoy with butter or honey.
- Today, however, I used wholemeal spelled flour. Then you need 300 ml of water.
