  • 1 Handful Mixed nuts and almonds
  • 100 g Oatmeal tender
  • 300 g Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Agave syrup
  • 1 Pc. Lemon


  • Freshly grind a handful of nuts and almonds.
  • Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and the juice of a fresh lemon. Add 300g mild organic yogurt (2 small beers). Stir and sweeten as desired with a little agave syrup.
