Ingredients
- 1 Handful Mixed nuts and almonds
- 100 g Oatmeal tender
- 300 g Yogurt
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Agave syrup
- 1 Pc. Lemon
Instructions
- Freshly grind a handful of nuts and almonds.
- Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and the juice of a fresh lemon. Add 300g mild organic yogurt (2 small beers). Stir and sweeten as desired with a little agave syrup.
