Ingredients
For the dough:
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 125 g Butter
- 250 g Quark
- 3 tbsp Rum
For the filling:
- 200 g Ground hazelnuts
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 8 tbsp Milk
For decoration:
- 50 g Butter
- Powdered sugar
Instructions
For the dough:
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl.
- Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and cinnamon.
- Add eggs, butter, quark and rum and knead everything well.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
For the filling:
- Place the ground hazelnuts in a bowl.
- Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and milk and stir everything together.
- Spread the nut mixture evenly on the rolled out dough.
- Roll up the dough from the longer side and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for 50 minutes.
For decoration:
- Melt the butter and spread it on the stollen immediately after baking.
- Sift icing sugar over it.
