Nutritionist Explains Who Should Never Eat Onions

Onions suppress inflammation in the body and strengthen the immune system, says the nutritionist. But not all people can eat it all the time, and not all people can.

There are people who benefit from eating onions, and there are those who need to be careful about this vegetable. Natalia Nefyodova, a well-known nutritionist and expert in proper nutrition, spoke about this.

Onions contain vitamins and minerals, fiber, and a lot of late blight, she says. Due to their unique chemical composition, onions suppress inflammation in the body and strengthen the immune system. In addition, it is useful for people with certain diseases, Nefyodova added.

“In addition to vitamins and minerals, for example, vitamin C, and B vitamins, there is also fiber, many phyto-substances, including flavonoids, which work as antioxidants – they reduce, and suppress inflammatory processes in the body. These can be cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and oncology. Onions also have a positive effect on the immune system,” the nutritionist said.
