The recently fashionable decaffeinated beverage, oddly enough, has a negative impact on health. Cardiologists from the United States studied the diet of more than 20 thousand people and concluded that drinking coffee in the morning reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease by 30%.

The studies took into account only real caffeinated coffee. According to doctors, it is this coffee that gives you vigor and a good mood. And this has a direct impact on well-being. The amount of coffee you drink is also important – 1-2 cups of coffee a day.

Decaffeinated coffee, which has become fashionable lately, oddly enough, has a negative impact on health. According to doctors, decaffeinated coffee increases the risk of heart failure. Nutritionists also agree with American doctors. The only caveat is that coffee should be consumed without any chemical additives and with a minimum amount of sugar.
