- 3 PC. Garlic cloves akanadulidwa

- Tsukani steak ya rump, yambani youma ndikudula mizere yokhuthala 2-3mm.
- Sakanizani msuzi wa soya, ketchup ya phwetekere, adyo wodulidwa, madzi a mandimu ndi coriander ndi timitengo ta rump steak mu mbale ya NON-METALLIC.
- Phimbani mbaleyo ndikuyika pambali ndikuyendetsa bwino kwa ola limodzi. Itha kukhala yotalikirapo ngati pali nthawi yokwanira.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta a masamba (ndinali ndi mafuta a rapeseed) mu poto (WOK) ndikuwonjezera nyama yamchere. Mwachangu kwa pafupifupi. Mphindi 4-5. Chotsani nyama ndikuyika pambali.
- Ikani nandolo za shuga (zotsukidwa ndi kutsanulidwa), mphukira zansungwi (zotsanulidwa) mu WOK yotentha (poto) ndi mwachangu kwa pafupifupi. Mphindi 5 pa kutentha kwakukulu ndi kutembenuka mosalekeza.
- Onjezeraninso nyama ndikutsanulira mafuta a sesame ndikusakaniza bwino.
- Tinalinso ndi mpunga wa basmati wosakaniza ndi turmeric. Imakoma kwambiri ndipo ili ndi mtundu wabwino wachikasu. Ndiwotsika mtengo kuposa safironi.
