- Peel katsitsumzukwa ndikudula zidutswa za oblique. Kuphika katsitsumzukwa m'madzi amchere / shuga kwa mphindi 10. Kenako pitirizani kuphika mbale mu mowa womwewo ndikugwiritsanso ntchito zina zotsalazo! Sambani katsitsumzukwa ndi madzi ozizira!
- Peel shallots ndi adyo, dice shallots ndi finely kabati adyo. Kuyeretsa ndi kotala bowa. Dulani ham mu n'kupanga, sambani ndi kuwaza parsley.
- Kutenthetsa batala ndi mwachangu bowa, kenaka yikani shallots ndi adyo. Kuwotcha chirichonse pang'ono. Ndiye deglaze ndi vinyo ndi kuphika kwa mphindi 2.3! Kenako onjezerani katsitsumzukwa ndi katsitsumzukwa! Kuphika zonse kwa mphindi 5! Kenaka yikani zonona. Sakanizani chimanga ndi madzi pang'ono ndikuchigwiritsa ntchito kulimbitsa msuzi!
- Dulani ham kukhala mizere ndikuwonjezera ku msuzi! Sakanizani msuzi ndi mchere wothira, tsabola wa adyo, tsabola, fenugreek ndikuyeretsani ndi mandimu ndi parsley!
