- Kutenthetsa mafuta mu casserole ndi mwachangu goulash m'magawo - osapitirira 2/3 ya pansi pa mphika ayenera kuphimbidwa. Kenako tulutsani nyamayo mumphika, onjezerani mchere ndi tsabola ndikuyika pambali.
- Tsopano mwachangu anyezi ndi nyama yankhumba cubes mu mafuta okazinga otentha kwa mphindi zisanu ndiyeno onjezerani kaloti, leek ndi adyo, fumbi ndi ufa ndikuphika kwa mphindi zingapo. Kenaka tsitsani vinyo wofiira ndi kuchepetsa pafupifupi 5/1. Kenaka yikani tomato ndi nyama ndikusiya kuti ziume pamoto wochepa kwa maola awiri (chophimba). Nthawi zonse onjezerani ng'ombe yamphongo.
