- 50 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Mafuta a azitona
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Viniga
- 1 PC. Garlic wa adyo
- 0,5 PC. Bio ndimu zest
- 1 Pr Salt
Beetroot Tartare:
- 2 PC. Anyezi a kasupe mwatsopano, odulidwa
- Mafuta a azitona
- 500 g Beetroot
- 1 tsp Makapu odulidwa
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Viniga
- 1 tsp Maple manyuchi
- 1 tsp Dijon mpiru
- 0,5 tsp Table horseradish
- 1 tsp Salt
- Tsabola wakuda kuchokera kumphero
malangizo
- Dyani beetroot yonse ndikuphatikiza chipolopolocho pa pepala lophika lomwe lili ndi pepala lophika kwa mphindi 45 mpaka 50 pakatikati. Amachitidwa pamene mphanda ndi wosavuta kuboola. (Ngati muli ndi nthawi yochepa, mutha kugwiritsanso ntchito beetroot yophika kale, yosindikizidwa.)
