- 2 Garlic clove peeled ndi bumped
- 200 g Tomato wothira
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 15 g Ginger watsopano
- 1 onaninso Salt
- 1 onaninso Tsabola kuchokera chopukusira

Kukonzekera:
- Sakanizani soseji mu poto yokutidwa ndi mafuta (OSATI mwachangu) ndi kuchotsa poto (chivundikiro ndi kuika pambali).
Tomato-ginger-kirimu msuzi:
- Kwa msuzi wa ginger, sungani mphete za anyezi ndi adyo mu poto yotentha (kutentha kwapakatikati) mpaka itatha. Pakalipano, kabati ginger watsopanoyo bwino (mungathenso kudula pang'ono) ndikuwonjezera. Tsopano kutsanulira uchi pa nthunzi anyezi ndi kusonkhezera. Pamwamba ndi zonona ndikuwonjezera zidutswa za phwetekere (fitets opanda khungu / mbewu). Siyani zonse zithupsa kwa mphindi zisanu. Dulani soseji mu zidutswa zoluma ndikubwerera ku poto ndi madzi a nyama. Pomaliza, onjezerani tagliatelle yatsopano (pasitala ya al dente yophikidwa kale ndi kotheka) ndipo mulole chirichonse chiyimire kwa mphindi zisanu ndi chivindikiro.
