- Dulani kapena kubudula nsomba ndikuyika mu mawonekedwe ndi bulgur ndi masamba mu zigawo.
- Thirani theka la tchizi ndi zonona, adyo, sambal ndi msuzi wa soya mu blender. Kukachitika kuti chinthu chonsecho kudzera mu tchizi ndi pepala kwambiri, woonda ndi mkaka pang'ono.
- Thirani msuzi woyeretsedwa pamwamba pa zigawozo ndikuphimba ndi tchizi zonse.
- Kuphika mu uvuni pa 180 C kwa pafupifupi mphindi 25.
