- Peel, kotala ndi thinly kagawo anyezi, kuyeretsa ndi kusamba kolifulawa ndi kudula ang'onoang'ono florets.

- Thirani mafuta pang'ono mumphika, sungani anyezi, onjezerani curry ndi mwachangu mwachidule.
- Kuwaza ufa pamwamba, kusonkhezera bwino, deglaze ndi masamba katundu ndi kokonati mkaka ndi kubweretsa chirichonse kwa chithupsa.
- Tsopano yonjezerani kolifulawa ndikusiya simmer kwa mphindi 10, onjezerani nandolo ndikuphika kwa mphindi zisanu.
- Konzani supu ndi mchere, tsabola, chilli ndi soya msuzi.
