- Kwa mpunga wa maluwa onani maphikidwe anga mu database. Sambani chayote, peel, kotala kutalika ndi kudula mu magawo 6 mm wandiweyani. Bweretsani madzi kwa chithupsa, sungunulani nkhuku yophika mmenemo ndikuphika magawo a chayote kwa mphindi 15. Mwachangu mpunga ndi mafuta a mpendadzuwa ndikuyika mu mbale zotumikira.
