- 1 Garlic wa adyo
- 3 tsp tahini
- 1,5 Lemoni
- Mchere, tsabola, basil, chitowe
malangizo
- Chotsani nandolo.
- Ikani zosakaniza zonse mu blender, perekani mowolowa manja ndi basil ndi chitowe. Finyani madzi a mandimu ndikuwonjezera. Adyo amathanso kusiyidwa ;-).
- Sakanizani mpaka kugwirizana komwe mukufuna kukwaniritsidwa.
