- Zonse zikatenthedwa bwino, tsitsani vinyo wofiira. Kenaka yonjezerani tomato, katundu ndi zonunkhira, mulole chirichonse chiphike kwa maola atatu pamtunda wochepa.
- Tsopano lawani chirichonse kachiwiri, ngati n'koyenera, onjezani mchere kapena kuwonjezera oregano kapena thyme pang'ono. Kutumikira ndi spaghetti.
