- 3 tbsp Kuwala basamic viniga
- 2 tbsp Zitsamba kulawa
- 0,5 Mkhaka
malangizo
- Ikani couscous mu mbale. Onjezerani masamba a masamba. Scald ndi madzi otentha (pafupifupi 300 ml) ndipo mulole izo zipitirire. Mwinanso onjezerani madzi.
- Dulani masambawo mu zidutswa zing'onozing'ono. Palibe malire pamalingaliro anu. Zonse zimakwanira bwino mu saladi ... ....
- Onjezani masamba odulidwa ndi zonunkhira pamene couscous yazirala. Sakanizani ndi nyengo kuti mulawe.
