Mazira:
- 12 Chidutswa mazira
Msuzi wa Mustard:
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 4 tbsp Maluwa
- 100 g 1 Anyezi
- 500 ml Mkaka
- 500 ml Water
- 10 g 1 chikho cha ng'ombe yamphongo
- 3 tbsp Mbeu yapakatikati yotentha
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Tsabola
- 1 tsp shuga
- 2 splashes wamphamvu Madzi a mandimu
- 100 ml Cream
Burokoli:
- 520 g / kutsukidwa pafupifupi 2 broccoli
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 zinsinsi zazikulu Mchere wowawa kwambiri wochokera pamphero
Katatu:
- 1500 g Mbatata (matatu)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground turmeric
Kutumikira:
- 6 phwetekere kotala zokongoletsa
malangizo
Mazira:
- Wiritsani mazira (zidutswa 12) mpaka atakhala phula, zimitsani ndi kuzichotsa.
Msuzi wa Mustard:
- Peel anyezi ndi kuwaza finely, mwachangu anyezi cubes ndi batala (2 supuni) mu mkulu poto mpaka translucent. Fumbi ufa (2 tbsp) pamwamba pake ndikusiya kutuluka thukuta. Deglaze / kutsanulira ndi madzi (500 ml) ndi mkaka 500 ml. Onjezerani cube ya stock (10 g) ndikubweretsa kwa chithupsa, kuyambitsa nthawi zonse. Nyengo ndi mchere (supuni 1), tsabola (½ tsp) ndi shuga (supuni 1). Pomaliza pindani / onjezani mpiru (3 tbsp), kirimu (100 ml) ndi mazira owiritsa.
Katatu:
- Peelani ndi kutsuka katatu (mbatata zing'onozing'ono), zothira m'madzi amchere (supuni 2 za mchere) ndi turmeric (supuni imodzi), kuphika kwa mphindi 1 ndikukhetsa.
Burokoli:
- Clean the broccoli, cook in salted water (2 teaspoons of salt) for about 7 – 8 minutes, return to the hot saucepan and toss with butter (2 tablespoons) and coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches).
Kutumikira:
- Kutumikira mazira mu mpiru msuzi, broccoli ndi katatu, iliyonse yokongoletsedwa ndi kotala la phwetekere.
